We ship within the contiguous United States. Shipping is free with no minimum purchase. Orders placed before 2:00 PM CT on a business day enter processing the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM CT, or on weekends or federal holidays, begin processing on the next business day. Processing takes 1–2 business days. Transit takes 3–5 business days. 6. Returns and Refunds
You may request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the condition received. Return shipping is free for approved returns. We provide a prepaid return label. There is no restocking fee and no reset fee. We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, return the original item for a refund and place a new order. Refunds are processed within 1–2 business days after we receive the return.
